To install CAPS first view the Install WINCAPS pdf file 
the instructions are complete for use with the CAPS-Parts Catalog CD.

If you want to NOT use the cd rom and would like to free up the drive:

1) Create a folder and name it as you see fit (I use CapsCD).

2)Insert CAPS-Parts Catalog CD into your CD ROM drive and open it.

3)Go to Edit in your toolbar and choose Select All then right click
on your mouse and select copy.

4)Go back to your New file (CapsCD) and select paste to copy the disc.

5)Then set the data path in WINCAPS to the new file instead of your 
CD ROM drive(as the instructions in the pdf file show).

6) Enjoy the increased speed and free drive bay.

There should be a folder on C called C:\WINCAPS. In that folder should be **all** files, including the CAPS and PASEN folders.
